Supporting Healthy Kapha Dosha

Balance is the answer to almost everything. Things that are routine or that need to be done often pull us off center and off balance – think of that meeting that ran late and prevented you from eating a healthy dinner with your family, or the extra cup of coffee this morning because you’re feeling sluggish. Listen to yourself physically, emotionally and energetically and give your body the things that will put you back to center. Sometimes it’s as simple as a glass of water, or 5 minutes in a quiet room (easier said than done, I know!). On a bigger scale, cut out the things that are doing you harm – is that processed food? Or a negative relationship? Identify the culprits and find the antidote that will bring you back to center.
