Kale & Mustard Salad with Sprouted Dill

Step 1. ,
In a small bowl combine the chopped shallot with the red wine vinegar and set aside.

Wash and dry the kale, then de-stem and chop into thin ribbons.

Combine the oil, mustard and a pinch of salt with the kale and massage for 5 minutes.

Step 4. ,
Once the kale is properly massaged toss it with the shallot and vinegar and season to taste.

Step 5. ,
Garnish the bowl with the sprouted dill seeds and serve immediately.
