Keri Romerdahl


My interest in nutrition began with my mother – who had an intuitive understanding of food as medicine, and raised us this way. But my passion was in the arts, and I was wildly creative, so I played in the world of design for years. My decision to go back to school and study nutrition came suddenly one day out of a broken heart for seeing so many of my friends and family die young. Since medicine did not interest me, I decided food had to have something to do with it. Now 10 or so years later, I think I was right. Working with RG is like a full circle homecoming. I get to do everything I ever dreamed about doing as a nutritionist with people who truly care about themselves and their wellbeing. We are so much more than what we eat, but I’m convinced that our relationship with food and nature determines how well we enjoy the ride!
